Kokutei offers the usual variety of salt, soy sauce, miso, and tonkotsu varieties. They also have a slightly spicy \Red\ flavor, which looks wicked, but is actually mildly tame to my tastes. You can also add a ton of sliced green onion, dried garlic chips, hot oil, etc. to customize it to your liking. I usually opt for the Red Miso Chashu Ramen for 970 and the large portion is only 100 more. While I wish the meat portion was a little more sizable, the thickness and taste of the soup alone made it worth it. Most recently, I broke with my regular bowl and ordered their Gyokai Shoyu (Seafood Soy Sauce) Ramen for 900 which had a lighter but fishy and savory taste. I really enjoyed it much more than I was expecting to, but since I love heavier soups usually, I’ll stick with my usual.

One of the best ramen places in the Obama area. The spicy pork ramen is very delicious and worth ordering even if you're not a fan of spicy food. The red pepper they use is not too spicy and quite flavorful. The food is ready in under 10 minutes and the staff is kind.

ネギ入れ放題。ラーメンは大きいチャーシューが1枚乗っています。トッピングしないと寂しいラーメンです。麺も少なくコスパは良くない。
店の入り口に入ろうとすると「待ち行列」発生中。味は期待していなかったけど、待つほど美味い店かも？、と思い期待する。しばらく待つと２人用の席に案内される。いつものことながらメニューを見た後、隣の席の人の食べているものを観察。あれ？焼き飯？あるのかな、とメニュー見るもわからないので、隣の兄ちゃんに聞いてみると「チャーハン５００円」らしい。店のおすすめでなさそうな「塩ラーメン７５０円」とともに注文。持ってきてくれたラーメンのスープを飲んでみる。「あたり！」。麺を食べてみると「ますますいい！！」次はチャーハン。少し辛いが嫌みがなく、次から次に「かきこんで」食べてしまった。もちろん途中で気が付いてラーメンと一緒に食べましたけどね(笑)。幸せな気分です、ごちそうさま（合掌）
赤チャーシューを食べました 見た目ほど辛くなくて美味しかった チャーシューも柔らかくて美味しかったです。
美味しかったので近ければ何度もリピートしたいです。
こくチャーシューは背脂たっぷり。とんこつラーメンはあんまり。味噌ラーメンはご飯が欲しくなる味。麺は中太ストレート。ネギは別盛り。
