Herr Piazza nahm sich meinem Problem mit der defekten Aussenabdichtung sofort an. Er begutachtete den Schaden und empfahl eine neue Aussenabdichtung. Ich erhielt ein Angebot innerhalb von 5 Werktagen und 2 Monate nach Erstkontakt war meine Wand wieder trocken. Dies ist jetzt 2 Jahre her und ich habe keine Feuchtigkeitsprobleme mehr.
