This is the 5th facility in the past 3 months my husband has been at, and all the other facilities were not anything compared to this one!! All the staff here are so kind and helpful to me all the time. Lots of the employees go above and beyond to make sure my husband is happy. Everything is perfect! Their employee Katie has a very kind heart, and was always very professional. My husband was taken very good care of and the management always called me if anything happened with him. We need more facilities like this one !!!

I have had a wonderful experience here at Osborn Health and Rehabilitation. The room's, hallways and therapy room's are all kept very clean . All of the staff are very kind and caring. Just 3 weks ago one of the nurse's saved my life. They will always take time out to talk to you. The activities are lots of fun. I love playing bingo, making cheerios bird feeders, and coffee days. Even though therapy is some times hard, the therapy staff makes it enjoyable. I would highly recommend Osborn Health and Rehabilitation.

A Nightmare! Run! My 85 year old Mother, who is still bright and sharp, was sent here for physical rehab. For conversation with staff you get grunts. Instead of help with a bedpan or the bathroom you are told to go on your pads. One hour and 10 minutes to get a nurse alarm answered. No one cares, no one responds. Keep your loved ones out of this nasty place.

A family member underwent physical therapy at this facility and was treated with respect and kindness. The staff is very pleasant and the nurses are very professional.
