If you think that the best Nabeyaki Ramen is found in Susaki town, you might want to reconsider. It was the best ramen I had in all of Japan. Served in a rock pot, the broth still boiled while the noodles were about to become aldente. I highly recommend trying the ramen here. The owner is a real pro.

This is a sweet little Ramen restaurant where they use water produced in Ozu to make their delicious Ramen. I ordered Asahi draft beer to go along with my miso Ramen. The beer was served in ice cold mugs, great for cooling down on a hot summer evening. The prices were very reasonable. They do not have an english menu but even a smattering of Japanese is enough to order a meal All in all I can recommend this place.

Best ramen I have ever eaten!
大洲出身の人に紹介されて来ました。 ラーメン並4、鍋焼きラーメン1を食べました。 とてもあっさり食べやすく美味しかった‼️ 鍋焼きはグツグツ熱々で持ってきてくれます。最後まで温かく得した気分です。 美味しい！ 例えが悪いけど、金ちゃんラーメン(自分は最も好きなので)の豪華版でした。 親しみやすくあっさり美味しいです。
