Extending the visa took 10-15 mins. Make sure to bring photocopies of your passport's personal page and the entry stamp (copies can be made in the book store at the ground floor). Cost for one month extension is around PHP 3000. Open from 10.00am.

good morning, i only want to ask a very important question, we have a crisis now, so how can my fiancee can renew his visa? its expired after lockdown what we will do now?
I highly recommend going to Palawan cafe before 10 to get the form to fill for the extension of your visa and a free photocopy of passport and visa. With all that done, took me 15 min to complete the process. I took the regular lane (cheaper) and got my passport visa 3 days later
Went there to get a visa extension which was solved in only 10 minutes (pretty much no one else there when I arrived). Staff was nice and attentive. Yes, it's expensive and somewhat ridiculous that they can't make the copies themselves considering the 3000php price tag. Any way I was very happy the way it went.
Perfect! take 30 min to get it done but make sure you make a copy from your passeport and your arrival date. The staff oh my god they are not friendly ! But the job is done so ... Cost me 3120 pesos (1000 pesos for the express lane(dont want to wait 2 days ) for two months since my arrival date !
So I’m not able to write a new review, only able to adjust my old review. My old review burned this office down to the ground because of the bad service and scammy actions of this office. I will raise my review to 2 star cause I still think this office can be way more efficient when they just make copies for you inside the office instead of sending you around the mall to get copies of your passport elsewhere. And I still think the Regular lane and Express lane are just a scam to make more money. But I do have to say: The staff in this office got changed and they are a lot more helpful and a lot friendlier then the old staff. They really try to help you out now and care for the customers. So big props to the new staff!!! Thanks for making us feel welcome again! Now it’s up to the management to make it more efficient and convenient. DO IT! It’s not that hard.
How come it's Too slow processing...tooamy of us here waiting ....at the inquiry area downstairs...Are you out of staff here??????
2nd floor of Robinson Mall in Puerto princesa.. you have to make copies of your passports and stamp in the Palawan cafe on the first floor.. immigration office staff is very efficient and very quick did a 30-day extension in less than 30 minutes. The worst part was the van ride down from El Nido.
