The customer service they left here was not knowledgeable about their product and services. You'll get no help. Customer service Ms. Balbin only cares about sales but not to help you fix your concern. We're going back to Converge instead no Billing problems and False advertisements.

have you ever been pestered with the consistent calls of their promo agents? some kind of a budol budol especially for a senior citizen who's been told of an upgrade but the call is not really clear that if you said yes, you have chosen to make that "upgrade"! what duh!

MsBG kind and courteous attitude is very assertive thus you have to be kind and courteous in return despite the inconvenience of no PLDT service for 45 days.
