If you want to go to a party store where people are super helpful, go here! Serious customer service. Great store. Well organized. I've not had such a good experience at a party store before. And I have little kids, so I have tried many stores!

Atrocious customer service. I came in on New Year’s Eve to pick up two balloons so I completely understand that the staff is most likely overwhelmed with work and there will be a long wait. However, I was shocked to see the lack of professionalism and care for customers that the staff had as we all waited. After waiting for 15 minutes (as I was understandably told to do) I came in to ask for an update on the status of my balloons. When I asked the young lady for an estimate she simply stated that she didn’t know who was working on it and walked away from me. Even after I told her all the details she needed she completely dismissed me and it was evident that our order was set aside to be forgotten. Would not recommend this location at all.

DONOT take balloons to these folk to inflate. The WORSE experience. I went into the Springfield location with the intentions to purchase a Helium Tank, but was told by a Sales Representative that they will blow up balloons for me. I was instructed to bring in merchandise, once Ready to place orders. Next day i returned. Transaction was handle at the register. Gave then 24 Latex Balloons 6 Aluminum Balloond. Told I had to pay before order filled. Paid 38.50 for just air. Picked up as promised. Three missing. I had to count them inorder to find out. I told than" when you bring in your own balloons we are not responsible if one pop." This information is not displayed. Decorated the venue with balloons. We when returned a few hours later ALL latex balloons flat.. Call the store we are told ' the balloons only last for 12 hours." Something that was never mentioned. I insist on speaking to ihigher up. I was given contact information of owner who I spent 30 minutes on the phone with trying to get a solution. Here what was given. I can "bring back the balloons that was previous blown up they will try and reinflate. If they pop they will not be responsible." I contacted Party City up the street from Party Depot, explained situation. I was greeting with a very calming. Pleasant professional voice. That made it all better. 24 helium filled balloons for half the price for helium alone #20.97 with taxes and they filled the order in 20 mins. Thank you Party City for saving the day. You will always be my go to.

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would even give a star but I have to leave a 1 star to even give a review. I rented a 300 ft.³ helium tank online. When I arrived at the store I was told I cannot pick up the helium tank because there was no pick up location on my order online. Told the assistant manager that I ordered online and I already had paid for the tank. The manager simply told me I can’t help you with that you have to take that up with somebody else and WALKED AWAY FROM ME. I talk to THREE managers, manager of the store, assistant manager and The manager/owner Manny. Owner/manager Canceled my order for the online, and the plan was to order in store pick up. I was charged twice when I was told my online order was canceled.

They are the worst in customer service. The associates are all depressed and upset. They don’t even smile. Please change the attitude. You just lost one customer that will never come back

Right on time for holidays....Party Depot is always our favorites. I got easily what I wanted...all the time auxiliary items are abundantly found and you pick them at ease.
