The Head-Quarters of Apostolic Carmel(AC) nuns who run the PWC and a host of educational institutions in North India. The Provicial Superior resides here. The word 'jwala' (flame) is used to indicate the zeal of Prophet Elias of the Bible with which one is required to strive. There are also a large number of young women who receive thorough training here in order to be inducted as nuns later on.
