Their employees are pretty lazy to serve customers. They keep waiting until and unless customer don't ask them for the execution of certain work. Besides this, they keep transferring the work of customers on each other's shoulder. Simply, they don't care about customer service and make them wait for the completion of their work as long as they can.

Very awful behaviour of employees. There are busy on their own rather than receiving customers. All employees are too lazy and rude. I request higher authority of icici bank to look into it .
