My 3 year old and I were in a car accident and I wanted to get her looked at so I called the office at noon and they told me I could bring her any time, including the night owl clinic... so after getting there and explaining to the front desk girl the situation again I was told we were all good and to take a seat. After 45 minutes of waiting to get called back the nurse just runs out of our room and the front seat girl comes back in and says WE CANT BE SEEN IN NIGHT OWL AND WE NEED AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IT HAS TO GO THROUGH INSURANCE !!! Money is more important to them than the wellbeing of children! Definitely no longer taking my daughter there. Good luck asking your children there.

Courtney at the front desk was amazing when I had to add my Daughter to the schedule without notice. We did see a PA verses a Pediatrician and she was fantastic. Their focus is on my children and their current health issue and not comforting me. I leave each physical or spontaneous visit knowing my children received priority care

I have 18 month old twins and we have been treated as if we are family since the first day we took them in three days after their release from the NICU. Hannah is awesome, luckily we haven't had to go in very often because the girls are healthy but whenever I've called the after hours on call pediatrician because I'm a worried first time mom, I've received a prompt call back. I also like that they opened a Rochester Hills office that is closer to our home.

I was a patient of Dr. Quiqley for my entire childhood- now- My kids have been patients for about 15-18 years (5 from 10-21) who are overall healthy but have had their issues. This office (especially Angie) have been kind, understanding and my favorite thing is very direct- honest - they don't sugar coat and when things happen with your kids you don't want that. The kindness and help we have received from this office is unprecedented in my or my kids medical experience. In a world that has medical personnel being over worked and under paid- this office breaks the mold. I appreciate everything you have done for my family. Thank you!!!!!!!

I don’t usually write too many bad reviews. But the experience at both locations was awful. Did not feel like the nursing staff even liked babies or kids. It felt dirty and cold. The doctor did not even do a good exam for our first appointment took her all of 10 minutes, whereas when I switched to a different practice after a bad experience here and went to a different doctor it was a 40 minute appointment and in depth exam for my newborn. I didn’t even know the doctors at PCT did a bad exam until I went somewhere else and saw how much better it could be. I would not recommend going here.
