N. 81760 we wrote emails and you didn't even get the answer. We sent the evidence and you ignored it all. You are ordinary robbers! For a chauffeur that had a marked damage, you charged us 650 for fabricated another damage. And if it was damage from us, you can't charge us a whole new driver's shack because it was already damaged. I'm not going to stop with this just so you know. If the corona doesn't destroy you, I'll do it through court. You better get your money back. If you paid 50 euros for a man to understand, that little spot costs so much to repair. It's not you who chose to be a non-human robber. You have to get in the way.

When we arrived, a customer already warned us that they had just tried to scam her by claiming non existent damages at a car. Would have listened to her, but we already hat a binding offer through a web-portal. However, we also had to pay 300 extra for an insurance, we already had. They claimed that they wont let us go without this. I would suggest everyone to cancel the contract and try a more reputable company. Never had such a bad experice renting a car.
Agency of thieves and fraudsters. We took a car to Porto after renting 3 cars in the Azores where everyone was fair. We were relaxed and it didn't occur to us to check every scratch there was. When we returned the car, they noticed a small scratch on the glass that was not written down even though it was another larger one that had been written down. They charged us 650 euros. Disaster! Such a small dot weighs 30 euros. We already wrote to your customer service mail and of course they are going crazy. Since the chauffeur was already damaged and if a small dot on our side was declared to be our damage, they do not charge for ironing that small spot but want to charge us for the replacement of the entire windshield. Why didn't they replace the glass earlier when they had already registered the damage. How can they charge us 650 euros for such a small amount of damage and that we caused it. We are sure it was already because we got a video of the ride when we took over the car. I cannot believe that they are so corrupt and robbing people without any consequences.The first picture shows damage from before and the second as new damage. Why did they give us an already damaged car? This won't stay on it. We will turn to consumer protection and a lawyer. Please warn them and return most of the money they have already taken from our credit card. I am a well-known blogger and I will start such a campaign against them that they will not know what happened to them.
I totally recommendto big carefully, take photos of the car and all papers before get that cars, or you will have a big surprise, never seen people act like that, '' '' 'rapidly send the car on back side and papers chance' '' ':and try to take advantage of anything they could and pluss they justify car is cheaper what you speckled. That crack was right down on first paper when they pick the car up. Unfortunately the guy how's rent the car had covid 19 and I get the surprise for him. That after covid 19 and bad Christmas, will have to pay new window.
Absolute crooks. Returned a car to them after only driving it three times in a week and they charged me 910 for three tiny scratches that would easily polish out and I certainly thought too minor to point out on the pre-rental inspection. Avoid at all costs.
I used to fact that usually rental companies has mainly negative reviews. This time was absolutely different. Nice, polite, quick service thanks to Mr. without any attempts, push or threats to sell any extras. During rental I used paid road once by mistake (Google Maps claimed it was free) without paytoll device activated, I e-mailed them and they immediately allowed me to activate it (you need it, there are no boots on high ways) instead of paying 2x higher admin/fine fee for that. Very bad service. I would definitely not recommend. We had to wait quite sometime to get the car. They were a bit rude. The car is old and covered with marks. If you have the opportunity, go to some other provider. We have experienced better service in other providers by the airport.
Horrible customer experience, only think in problems not in solutions. And if that would be with a smile, it wouldn't be so bad. But Ruben made me feel very uncomfortable, and aggressive. Horrible experience.
