Had heard poor stories about PP, shady practice and overcharging, needed help in an emergency during Covid so as a last resort gave them a call. Service was excellent and speedy (within an hour) very reasonable cost and everything explained. Have truly been won over. Will definitely use them again.

Plumber arrived within 45 minutes even though it wasn't an emergency. I needed some work done to the pipework under the bath and to have a new shower fitted. He sorted whatever he could on the day and is due to come back to install the shower. He was also incredibly helpful re delivery of the new shower and coming back to fit it. I feel I can trust Pimlico. They're not the cheapest but worth paying a bit extra as long as it's not too big a job.

Didn't actually use this service. However, encountered one of their workers today whilst driving behind him, shouting, swearing at cars and driving insanely in Watford area. Then parked up to have a cigarette in uniform whilst having a go at another car. Number plate: W2 LAV

This was the first time using Pimlico Plumbers and i was really impressed. The level of service was excellent, both from the lady who took my initial call to the excellent engineer, Daniel Coffey who came out to do the job. Really quick call-out time (was with me within an hour of calling) and a very comprehensive and professional service throughout. Daniel sourced and remedied the immediate problem and comprehensively checked for any other issues . He then cleaned up very well and was on his way. Would highly recommend both Pimlico Plumbers and Daniel specifically.

As ever very reliable company that are up front about costs and get work done in a timely way. Not cheap but makes life a lot easier. This time carpenters sorted out decking in my courtyard. They sorted out problems with materials expanding. As added bonus they made the decking look like new.
