We got a reservation and I'm glad we did, there were only 3 tables inside for seating and it was busy on Sunday night. The food was high quality, the gator bites were tender and the breading was light and we'll seasoned. I really enjoyed the snapper turtle soup, it's flavor was savory and the texture was creamy. The fried oyster Po'boy was my first time having fried oyster, it was delicious and the rolls were a perfect blend of soft and crispy. When the jambalaya came out it was such an ample serving it makes two meals for me, the shrimp and sausage were so we'll cooked and the rice was just perfect! We took home the buttermilk pie and bread pudding for dessert, I've never had buttermilk pie before and was won over. They're bread pudding was supreme, just like grandma's homemade. The server was polite, friendly and attentive. The owner made it a point to thank us for coming in, I'd go back in a heart beat. Prices very fair for the high quality of cooking.

Food taste amazing. Spent 4 years in Louisiana. Been to New Orleans more times than i can count, Mardi Gras, Bayou Classic etc. they’re doing a great job. As extremely reasonably priced.
Our food was absolutely delicious. Our server polite and attentive. No regrets here, can't wait to go back.
I ordered takeout last night from Po'Boys and it was superb. Ordered extra entrees so that we could have dinner later in the week. We ordered Shrimp Creole, Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice (which we'll have for lunch on Monday) and Pasta with Andouille. They were all excellent.
This was my first time visiting in my opinion, a diamond in already beautiful Milton off of Delaware's Route 1. Small shops, a classic King's Ice Cream, some nice eateries in a clean environment. My girlfriend and I have been through the town quite a few times, but not right around the corner where this Cajun establishment sits in a small shopping center. If it not been for me missing the usual exit off of the highway and taking the next one, I wouldn't have seen it except on Google Maps. Today on our way to Long Neck we were hungry, so I had been looking at the menu and advice from a regular patron and called an order of the Signature Blackened Scallops, Bayou Shrimp, oyster stew, rice pudding and beignets. With the Covid pandemic it is take out only so we dined in the car. I loved everything including the hot, complimentary bread. I went back in to see what sodas they had and ended up speaking with Chef/owner Mike who was very grateful and friendly. The service was excellent. Well worth the stop off of the highway before the beaches or on the way back. It also could be a destination. This French sometimes spicy and we'll seasoned cuisine is not for everyone, I actually enjoyed my lunch stop and hope to visit again.
