Just received my John Deere back. I sent it in for routine maintenance. The blade engagement no longer works and 3 of my front bumper caps are missing. They also quoted 65 for pickup and delivery but instead charged me 75. I will see how they handle this issue on Monday and will add to my post. UPDATE - After contacting them, they fixed the blade engagement issue and made good on overcharge for pickup.

Very dishonest place. I sent my mower to precision to fix blowing smoke. They have me over 1000 estimate for repair. Estimate included bunch of stuff that is not needed included new tires. I took it to different place in Webster and he fixed it for 165 included pickup and delivery. Only issue was blown head gasket. Precision also charge 50 for estimate which they never mentioned when I called them first time. this place is total ripoff. I asked them to email me the estimate and they never responded. stay away!
