I read all the other reviews and was not surprised at all as the customer service at FreeSound Music (I was taken care of my Billy) was better than I could have hoped for. So refreshing to deal with a company that truly wants to and does help you achieve what you're trying to achieve and in such a timely manner too. I used two of their songs in a film and am so grateful for Billy and how quickly and easily he assisted me and the needs I had throughout the process. Thanks so much FreeSound Music, you are awesome!

In short - exceptional service, and a likewise exceptional degree of client engagement. After first contact, I was immediately sent a custom playlist with selected tracks that might interest me based on my specifications. My questions were answered via email in a matter of minutes. License information is simple and transparent to the extreme, and allows for lots of creative freedom. And of course, the music itself is of the highest quality and will serve as an excellent accompaniment to my stream. More importantly, I hinted that I would be potentially interested in other music types and FSM immediately got back to me with proposed stylistic alternatives and expressed their interest for possibly composing test tracks of that nature in the future. This speaks volumes to me about their love and interest of their work, and of their willingness to experiment. True artists. Two thumbs up to you fine people, keep jazzing!
