Absolutely loved the food. So freshly made. Great combination of salad, Bratkartoffeln and fish. We had Brathering, salad and Bratkartoffeln and also the Quedlinburger Dreier (catfish, perch and pike), salad and also Bratkartoffeln. As I didn't have breaky, I had another Brathering in Brötchen and we washed it down with white wine. Great combo. Very friendly and nice staff and while the prices are above average, it's very much worth it. We will be back.

Good quality and nicely served. Wait patiently because your fish is prepared for you only, so be sure it is fresh
After having eaten at numerous seafood based restaurants in Germany, I have to say I had the best fish dish here. The portion of salad was good and it was not drowning in dressing like it would be in other restaurants in Germany. The dressing was lightly savoury with a tinge of sweetness. The fish was cooked to perfection. Portion was big. The only downside was that the waiting time of an hour was too long. But it was expected as it was lunch hour and the kitchen is small. (Open concept) The staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait.
Very old city, If you like cobbled Streets and mediaval houses this is the place to go.
