I was so happy to discover this hair place in the neighbourhood a couple of years ago and it is now where I go exclusively for haircuts. I appreciate their reasonable price options, eco-friendly practices, relaxed but professional atmosphere, and products (which make great gifts). I can't wait until they are allowed to reopen again.

Wow, I cannot recommend Queen's Shop enough! I had my hair done by Ariel, who is the loveliest person EVER on top of being super talented! They managed to give me the hair of my dreams, even if it was a big change, and they were so supportive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Ariel and all of the staff here are so knowledgeable, and professional. And regarding COVID precautions, I don't think I could have felt any safer. Can't wait to go back!

She was very kind, knowledgeable and reassuring that the hairstyle I was thinking of getting would work with my hair. Lou is incredible. I was referred to her by a friend and I'm always looking forward to it when I go to see her. For the first time I actually feel like my hair has hope, plus she is so great to converse with. This is without a question my go to spot throughout the year for years to come.

Checked out Queen's Shop for the very first time last week. I was in desperate need of a hair cut (had not cut my hair in over 2.5 years!). Made an appointment with Nicole (pretty last minute I might add) and she was fabulous! I was indecisive about whether to go short, or just medium length and she was great giving advice. We had a really nice conversation during my appointment and in the end she gave me a fantastic hair cut. I think I took off nearly 12" of hair. I felt so much better after. I would highly recommend this place and would highly recommend Nicole.
