Adequate care, abysmal communication. If you want vague information about dental procedures, and get surprise bills in the mail, this is the dentist for you! If you like reception staff to not even look at you when you arrive, tell you they can’t give you an estimate, and never follow up, you will get all of that and more with this office.

Called on the day of appointment because my child has a fever, they said they aren't going to reschedule because we missed the appointment. They don't allow us to make anymore appointments. Rude staff, ridiculous policy. How can I call you ahead to inform you my child's fever that will happen 3 days later?
