Great experience and staff made me feel very welcome and accomodated my needs whilst I was visiting Nelson on holiday. Friendly atmosphere and obviously lots of local regular customers but even though I wasn't 'local' they took time and care with my appointment. Highly recommended. Will be back when I'm next down here!

I had a voucher for this Spa, given to me by a friend, and when I finally had the space and time to go, I discovered that the voucher was only valid for 6 months and that it had just expired. I called to ask whether they would still honour it, after all the money had been paid and I was just a few weeks over the expiry, but they said no. The lady became very rude, saying that she was well within the NZ law and that everyone does it. This has not been my experience, most businesses will put their clients first. And while she might be within her right, she is certainly not operating the business in a "friendly and professional manner" that they apparently pride themselves in (according to their website). Very rude, very unprofessional, not at all interested in having a satisfied client but rather in just having made some money without having to provide a service "because it is her right to do so".

Highly recommend to any women in need of some lovely pampering. I have my nails done once a month and look forward to going as Shannen and Heather are wonderful and Hayley is just awesome. Such a wonderful and enjoyable atmosphere, love being able to have a laugh and just relax
