Never again will I expose my children to unprofessional staff
like
Front desk staff is always unprofessional. Every time I’ve gone to the clinic the staff is sitting around laughing even when there’s a ton of cars waiting outside. I’ve yet to meet a friendly staff member. Wait time is ridiculous! You wait 2 hours for a 5 minute consolation with a PA. They don’t check in with patients. The only reason we stay at this clinic is because Vero is an amazing PA.
Giving one star just because the PA’s are good. Front desk staff SUCK, all of them. Rude and dismissive. Also, how does a pediatric clinic doesn’t have a designated room for breastfeeding? They could do so much better, I wish their staff knew what manners are.
Excellent Drs, except receptionist in front expect for clients to let her know what the copays are instead of doing her delegated roll.
Everything is great including the nurses
