I have been seeing Dr. Rivi over several years for a variety of serious spine issues. When all other modalities have failed or made my lumbar and neck issues worse, Dr. Rivi's hands on techniques have been extremely successful in reducing pain and increasing my mobility. Most recently I was diagnosed with a very serious neck injury and was referred for immediate surgery. I chose to have Dr Rivi treat it instead and am now over a year and a half out of pain and have avoided surgery. Her modalities are different from ordinary physical therapists in that she provides dedicated hands on time for the entire appointment. Her home exercise programs are also quite helpful. I credit Dr. Rivi for keeping me moving, out of pain and away from surgery. She is extraordinary!

Dr Rivi Har-El has been my physical therapist for several years, I came to her after trying many other physical therapist that were more like gym trainers - with heating pads and exercises. Dr Har-El spends a lot of the session with hands on work. And she is extremely intuitive and often starts working on a problem area before I’ve even told her where the problem is.

I have seen Dr. Har-El for several physical ailments and cannot praise her highly enough. She is an extremely talented and caring healer whose hands-on treatment is unique. I first consulted her in 2008 when I had carpal tunnel syndrome. After months of PT and OT at a major university hospital, I was told that I would never regain full movement in my wrists. I was referred to Dr. Har-El by a colleague who was a patient. After treatment with Dr.Har-El, I have fully recovered. Over the years, I have had other issues (shoulder pain, meniscus tear in knee), and Dr. Har-El's treatment has always brought relief. Unlike most PTs, Dr. Har-El treats the whole patient and spends a lot of time both treating and educating patients. I have a slew of exercises that I perform at home to keep various problems under control. In sum, Dr. Har-El is a deeply caring, unique professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rivi several times : with calf injury and back/neck pain as well as migraine headache treatment. Dr. Rivis practice is not your traditional understanding of a PT office . It is all around healing environment. Her techniques allow you to understand your body in a very different light. She showed me how to connect multiple aches and pains with mind and type of exercise, that affects overall well being. Office ambiance is far beyond exercise machines and TENS units . It is nice serine environment that allows to distress and find healing point to stretch beyond the office visit.

I highly recommend Dr. Rivi to anyone and already have referred friends and family members to her. Dr. Rivi is a true miracle worker. I have struggled with several physical ailments ranging from shoulder pain to hip and knee issues and she has helped repair them without the needs for surgeries (when doctors were trying to convince me to have surgery).
