The manager that dyed my hair was a nice guy with an interesting life story. However, him and his assistant completely ruined my hair and hair extensions. I would not recommend going here at all. I came from out of town and had to get my hair dyed for my wedding. I asked for a blonde touch up, root smudge and maroon colored money pieces. Upon drying my extensions and seeing my hair I was absolutely outraged and upset at how bad of a job they performed. My 200 extensions are ruined and my hair that they charged me 150 is going to cost another 200 to get corrected. Do not waste your money or time here.

Great baircut, great service. Last week I called and they told me the price of a haircut for my daughter would be 17. Today I went and she said it was 17 and then the stylist came over and said that no it was changed to 25. That is a 50% increase. Anyways I didn't say anything, just paid it but left with a bad taste in my mouth so to speak.
If I could rate this a 0 I would. To start off the manager was the one who did my hair, Scott. I had showed him a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like which was a balayage/highlights. When I had called to see about pricing I was quoted 85-120 but after the service i was charged 205. Not only was the price changed but my hair looked awful. The highlights were uneven and had looked like they were already several months grown out. The cut was uneven also. I had asked for long layers and I only got layers on the left side of my head and they were choppy and not blended. The blonde highlights I had done were also toned uneven. When Scot was confronted with the problem he acted very unprofessional and tried putting the blame on other things. He had told me toning hair was something I had to come in to do several times (which I have had my hair blonde and never once had it toned after the first time). He had also told me that having an uneven cut was normal and I was supposed to come back in to get it fixed. When we had asked for a refund he told us it was something corporate could only do. When we asked for corporates information he would not give us it because “corporate doesn’t want customers calling them” so we let him deal with the refund and he had told us we would get 100% of the money back plus his tip. Well when the check came in the mail it was only 85. So after spending some time on the internet we eventually found corporate and told them what had happened. They agreed with how unprofessional the service was and are sending us the rest of the refund. I just think this kind of service is ridiculous and this business is unloyal and unprofessional.
Nicole and Madelyn were fantastic. The salon was clean and cute. The service was excellent. I've got tricky hair and Nicole nailed it!!! Definitely going back.
I took my daughter here for a trim. She had Nicole. She was so great. My daughter even said she gives the best scalp massage.. and her hair looks so much better.
I’ve been getting my hair done here for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and salon. It is clean, staff is professional, and on time. Nicole does my hair (Usually highlights/lowlights and cut) and I’ve always loved the result; when I was new she would run off the price of each service before she did anything, so it was way more transparent than other salons. And it’s a value compared to others, in particular a nearby salon where my total was 35% higher than the same services done here.
