Roofline Scotland completed the job on our house in Coldstream and the work was impeccable and the installers very professional and fun to have around. We chose the rosewood fascia and it looks fantastic. The house is quite large with a double garage and at every bit the work is first class. We also chose to have the seamless metal gutters and this was as great decision, I cannot say how please we are with them. There was a small leak at the rear in a gutter junction, which I noticed the day after the job was finished, they were there early the following morning to fix it and all is well. Delighted with the job and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone
Had a system put in 5 years ago, all the corner joints leak, they made repairs during the warranty and out of the warranty which have failed and I cannot get them to revisit the job. I'm prepared to pay them to rectify the issue but alas my requests have fallen in the gutter I'm afraid. This is despite emails and one to one telephone calls. The system is only as good as it's backup. They haven't solved the issue of water cascading down the valleys and hitting the gutter screen and shooting right over the top and soaking the house walls and windows...shame as it could be a good system.
