Worst shop to buy hardware in Rourkela.Honestly product range they offer is good.I had bad experience with the owner who is arrogant & rude. He sweet talks when selling you but the moment you talk about exchange or return he wont entertain you & abuse you.He even over charged me few items when he realized im not aware of prices. His son is professional & accomodative but owner is a greedy fellow & even though i bought more than 10k worth goods he refused to even exchange corner stand i has bought 2 weeks earlier.Its not about refusing to exchange only which is not big deal.But the manner he blamed me that im telling lies is what hurt my respect the most.This is how you treat customers that too from a old shop of rkl?? Avoid this shop totally & if you must then research prices before you visit this shop. Totally bad experience i must say...
