Nice resort with good amenities and service. It has several facilities and special reaction center. Very peaceful and quiet area but a little far from nearby stores by walk. There is a nice trail to walk and relax especially during the sunrise and sunset. The room decoration is not bad but could be improved but the balcony is nice. It also has nice accommodation of extra person but the sofa bed is not that comfortable. They offer nice deals for half board where you can have dinner and breakfast buffet with very good service and variety of options. The only downside might be the language where it’s hard to find someone who talks English. I also would recommend to have better service of guests at the dining facility.

Nice apartments, spacious, clean, and sufficiently equipped (even had a dishwasher and a hairdryer). Breakfast was great and for a reasonable price (15 per adult, 50% off for kids 3-12 y.o.). The SPLASH facility was perfect for the little ones (slides, trampolines, carts, and even a mini cinema) - ideal for chilly/windy days. The pool was ok. There are indoor and outdoor pools, both for adults and for children. There's a little cafe in the SPLASH area, serving basic food for fair prices.
Never ever go to this resort. We were not able to come to Precise resorts due to the corona. We had booked at the end of may. We were not allowed to come to Germany and the hotel was still closed and we could’nt use the facilities we had booked. The resort promised us twice to give us our money back. The asked us twice for a bit more time. We agreed with that. After the second time they asked for a deffered payment they told us we would’nt get our money back but a voucher. They promised us twice to give us our money back, we had patience with their payment and than they threat us like this! We even gave them our bankaccount number and all! Now we are still waiting and the response on our emails and phonecalls is very low. They are very difficult to get in contact with, their response is minimal.
Great resort, poor culinary details: The Resort has everything you need for a family vacation. The short walk to the SPLASH swimming pool with slide and indoor play ground is superb for kids. The rooms are ok .. some more renovation works could be done. The dinner did not please us at all and the service was sub-standard and not very customer oriented.
Nice hotel with great location. Very nice surroundings with a minor house, chalk museum and a lot of green. Good area for walking and cycling. Very good food and nice staff. Hotel is clean, rooms are big, only bathrooms could be a bit modern. Great for kids due to aqua park and big indoor playground area with different attractions.
We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. Everything was very clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Perfect weekend get-away.

Very friendly staff. Arrived late and the lady in the reception was very helpful. I even got to charge our electric car. Clean and tidy rooms. BIG breakfast buffet. Not the newest standard, hence the four stars.
