Great customer service. Went in there looking for an office chair that would accommodate proper posture as I have back problems. The guy that helped me immediately acknowledged me when he noticed I was quite undecided as to which chair to pick. He mentioned promos and definitely secured my purchase that same day. A week went by and the chair was quite uncomfortable. Called the place and asked to change for another model. No hassle, courteous attitude. Went home that same day with a more comfortable chair. Thank you!

As long as you don't look for anything that you normaly purchase at one of the US stores, you will be fine. This place has very little and they concentrate more on copies and other services. Not very good.
