Request for a 5kg has cylinder was made by going to their office, expecting if they give the cylinder it can be taken immediately. They mentioned it will be delivered at home and the cost for the cylinder is 2000/- and no need of any ID proof!!! The cylinder had not been delivered for past 10 days and each time when called, they say, 'your mobile is our of coverage and the delivery guy came near place but went back' even when told the owner will be at home throughout the day... It is hard to believe a person takes the trouble of coming near the house for past 4 days and yet never asks for exact address or alternate contact number... The intresting part is each day i call them, I have to give my number and address.. Very bad service!!. The office incharge are two women at front desk. One lady atleast listen to our queries, but she didn't know the answer for most of our queries and she had to ask the woman next to her who was on phone throughout the entire time we were in office and was on a personal call!!..
