I bought one flat about 3 years ago. The flats are about 5 to 6 years old. Very low quality fittings. Even the floor tiling came out in 2 rooms in about 4 years of normal use. Kitchen sink slab/granite broke as the structure/supporting ply got rotten & sank under its own weight. Electrical connections/switches etc. are total junk & needed replacement. Same goes with sanitary & plumbing fittings. The list just too long to narrate.

Residential apartment in zuarinagar area by mtech developer. You can buy sell purchase here . 2 kms from airport. Few kilometers near to bogmalo beach. Magsons superstore is very near.
