One of the worst place to buy or get your cycle repaired. Even manufacturing defects are not accepted by the showroom.. The owner does not have a polite approach towards customers.. Had purchased a cycle for my daughter and within a year the rear tyre burst while cycling.. same is the case for the front tyre which has bulged up at one particular location ( seems to be a manufacturing defect). However the showroom mechanic says that it’s a deliberate attempt to tear the tyre..

About two weeks ago i purchased a 22k hybrid cycle at this place, frog 3*7 Shimano gears. First ride got a back tyre puncture, I checked the entire tyre and there were no punctures, the tube however was cut inside by faulty manufacturing, a piece of shrapnel was found that pierced the tube on the inside. I had called the outlet to request for some assistance and accountability. But instead I was laughed at for my distressed behaviour due to my cycle being punctured in the middle of nowhere. The call made was cut, and they wouldn't pick up my calls thereafter, professionalism and customer service is a mystery to them. Yesterday I was 15km away from my house, in colva, the hear shifter for the back wheel snapped off, I'm getting it fixed at hede cycles. This store wouldn't recive my calls thereafter. To anybody buying a cycle from this store and has the expectation of quality service. Then I suggest you look somewhere else, I've had a serious bad experience with them. I'm sure they are a good outlet, but the fact that once they took my money and didnt give me the assurance and reliability, made me realise that all they care about is the immediate sales. Nothing about customer satisfaction and safety. Luckily I'm an experienced rider so I did not hurt myself after the gears snapped off, the only reason they would snap so horribly is if the equipment was old. Please pay great attention to your purchases at this store.
