Dr Hailey Griffin and Dr Karter Neal are amazing and caring every time I need one of my pets taken care of I go to this clinic. The Doctors and staff are dedicated and care for your animals as if they were their own pets. Prices are reasonable, they explain everything to you about the problem, giving medication and follow up care. I will never go anywhere else.

My Zena needed some dental work and shes 16. I was very concerned of course because of her age how the work would be done. I was well informed and everything went great. They were as loving to her as I am. Top Notch people. All heroes. AND it was low cost. Thank you for all you do. God bless

Our beloved older dog Luppy was nearing the end of his 15 years with us and in a lot of pain. Sabrina answered all my questions and was very informative and very compassionate when I called for information about scheduling an appointment to euthanize him which I truly appreciate because it was a very hard decision to make. I had called a couple of pet clinics for appointments and pricing and Santa Cruz was able to set up an appointment the very next day and the price was very affordable. Once there, the techs that attended to us explained the procedure and what to expect and gave us time with Luppy before the procedure, let us stay with him during and gave us time with him afterwards to say goodbye. We used their cremation services as well and got them back in about a week. Just everything about the clinic and their staff made his passing not so much easier but at the very least as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I just wish they had a box of Kleenex in the room but other then that I was very satisfied with the service they provided for us.

I use to bring my chi there. I called in Dec. to make an appt. to get his teeth cleaned. They told me they had no openings. I said could i make one for jan. she said the schedule for jan. isn't available yet to call in Jan. I called in jan.. I now take him and she sid their schedue for jan. is full to call in feb. I got so upset and told her what they told me,she claimed she didnt know anything about that. My chi is my baby but the fact is I was taking care of my brother in fla. who was in hospice at home for several months and couldn't bring my baby in when he was due and i believe they held that against me for not bringing him in that year. What type of place is that that would let an animal suffer from toothaches because i didn't act when they thought i should. I now take him 40 min. away and though they're more expensive they have more empathy for my baby and compassion. I'm very disappointed in them.
