This is a huge Party plot.. and as it is just behind my house, i know a hell lot about it, I'll say the building on its own may seem a tad bit old and worn.. but has many rooms to occupy people, has loudspeaker and open dining facilities for functions, has a rooftop well light, that's many times even been used for photoshoots etc! Has large space in premises for parking allows caterers and etc., has got 4 levels and many other such amenities!
