I have worked with both John Nelligan and Amy Eldredge. They, and the entire staff - from the nurses to the front desk - are absolutely wonderful. I have complex, difficult to diagnose medical issues. Previous medical teams I've worked with have simply given up. For me, finding this office was a God-send. They seem to truly care about the outcomes of treatment and treat me as an individual rather than a number to be pushed out the door.

Expected a good family doctor establishment connected with Saratoga Hospital. But wow! Not so! Very poor communications between staff and doctors. Not impressive at all.

Dr. Nielson is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to listen and addresses everything thoroughly. The staff is also excellent. They have a good working relationship between them.
