Fitness classes like running, jumping, Weight Lifting, Body Building etc.. all are done here. Trainer involvement for the students is much better than anywhere. Motivated to to do/try all the workouts and a very Good atmosphere to do the exercises. "Come without sweat ; Return home with sweat bath"

Mr. Madhan is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.
