The receptionist marissa is great with communication and helping. Also very sweet. I also love Dr. Foster she is amazing with my kid’s. My oldest daughter is scared and will only let Dr. Foster work on her teeth because she feels comfortable with her. And she is very sweet. This place is great and I will always bring my kids here. I highly recommend this place for your children’s dental.

I enjoy bringing my child here. Friendly staff. Tv's for entertainment. Early and late hours, even Saturday appointments. I have came here 3 times now, my child is 4 and soon to be 5. I havent had any problems with dr foster nor the staff. My son get basic dental cleaning and i have not had any issues. The only downfall about this office is the open room with 5-6 exam tables for other patient and families to watch your child get the exam. Needs more privacy.

If I could give no stars I would. The administration is unprofessional. I had an appointment for two of my children and had it confirmed the day before. I come to the appointment 30 minutes ahead of time only for administration to tell me my appointment was moved to 3pm. Then I was advised that my insurance was not active according to them even though I knew and had proof! That is was active. I asked what was the process for them to notify me that it was showing inactive on their side. Administration states they sent an email and text which I NEVER received. What kind of practice doesn't call or leave a voice mail for an IMPORTANT matter like verifying insurance? Not only did I end up having to drop my daughter off at school late with no Dr. Note but they didn't even have the Decency to apologize. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Find another place to go they're customer service has gone way DOWN! In response to your reply, It is sad that you have to come on a review to defend your poor customer service. Instead of occupying your time trying to defend your business try calling your clients ahead of time instead of sending so called emails and texts messages that were never received. As a mother I strive in organizing my time so that I don't waste mine or anyone else's. This is basic business ethics. I never raised my voice or screamed and you never checked anything in front of me as I was not even in the office please keep your facts correct before you start making up lies to defend your horrible customer service. Next time do your job to the fullest or find a new one.

Marissa was so helpful getting us set up for our appointment. Alecia and Davin took great care of my kiddos cleaning their teeth, and Davin even went back twice to blow up new balloons after the first ones popped. We also always love Debbie! Thank you for treating us like family!

One of the best dentist in the Cypress area. My son has been a patient at this location since his his first birthday. I’m always pleased with the level of professionalism and time management. I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes to be seen for our appointment. They communication all needs, policies and procedures thoroughly. I’m very pleased and know my son we will continue to seem here for years to come.
