I don’t know what’s going on in their brains i only wanted to register my name in katakana but they said they need some proof that i am using that name so i gave them one that My credit card company is sending ( monthly payment breakdown)but they wanted another one they did not said it in the first placed so i gave two supporting item one from the credit card company and the other one from tax certificate... then i waited . Afterwards the person in-charge comes back and saying they cannot di it. Next time don’t ask for supporting documents and telling it later after you wasted the time of that person that it can’t be done in the first placed. What a waste of time! So many personnel but few are worth the money for their services... I’m just saying not all are useless. The people in charged in tax and insurance are very good in their work... SO POLITE AND HELPFUL SO YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT PAYING EVEN YOU DONNOT HAVE ANYTHING LEFT FOR YOURSELF...

住居の変更届で利用させていただきました。案内役の方々は親切で分かりやすく丁寧でしたが窓口業務の対応が悪いです。お役所仕事は無愛想で事務的だという話は割とどこにでもあるようですが、人間を人として見ていないような態度をされたのは初めてです。書類上の手続きの進め方は良いですが、人を相手に仕事をしているのですからお客様の目を一切見ない、他人に聴こえるくらい大きなため息をつくのは今後は気をつけたほうがよろしいかと思います。あなた達よりロボットのペッパー君のほうがよっぽど態度いいですよ。

対応もよく案内所でどこに行けばよいかスムーズに案内していただけました。また手続きで解らないことも担当の人が丁寧に教えてくれました。
いつもは車で行くのですが、今日は狭山市駅から徒歩で行きました。帰りにタリーズも寄れるし、歩いて気持ち良かったです。
転出するために伺いました。 親切丁寧に1つ1つ教えて貰いました。 本人確認をするためにマスクを一瞬外すことがあり、普段公の場では外すことがないので違和感を感じました。
マイナンバーカードを作りたかったのですがマイナンバー通知の下の部分を無くしてしまって調べてみたけどよくわからなかったので受付の人に聞いたら案内されてすんなり必要書類などをもらえました聞いたほうが早いです(**)親切丁寧に教えてくれました(o)
相変わらず役所仕事！時間のムダ！なのでよっぽど暇なときしか、ようがたせない
