Outstanding location, a short walk to the beautiful Koenigsee and Berchtesgaden National Park or alternatively there is an hourly bus service into Berchtesgaden - it would not take long on a bike - maybe a bit longer to get back as it would be uphill. The campsite has excellent views, owner is friendly and speaks English. Very recommended!

Great location, clean, very reasonably priced, friendly staff who spoke excellent English and humoured my attempts to speak German. I was travelling by motorbike and was made very welcome, unlike at another campsite nearby.

Right next to the mainroad and loud all the time. We didnt get any Information about the campground or tips for free things to do with the tourist card. Not worth the money, but you pay for the location next to the Königssee.

A nice place to stay while exploring Berchtesgaden for a reasonable price. The people who are working there are really nice and always helpful. The place can get really crowded during the summer, the showers are limited so in the evenings you need to wait for quite a bit. Nevertheless it was always clean and I enjoyed my time there and would come again!

Second time we visited this campsite and we are still totally in love with the place and the area! The owners are super kind and they speak fluently English.

Very nice caravan site with fantastic views, pitches are on the small side though. Facilities were very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Koenigssee is a short walk up the road and there's a free bus to Berchtesgaden - (beware - it gets ridiculously busy on the trip back). Will definitely return when we're in the area.

Had a really pleasant few night camping, the staff were friendly and spoke good English. They didn't rush us out of the campsite which was good as it was raining a lot and they allowed us to shelter with all our bags etc. The facilities were really clean and the showers were hot. Good location as we could walk from the train station to the campsite and it was only a 15min walk to the amazing lake. Would definitely stay here again.
