Scopely has a knack for taking over decent games and destroying them with a constant barrage of increasingly expensive offers with little no no overall worth. Judging by the fact that most of the reviews are 1 Star shows the level of swamp this company truly is. Eventually Scopely will crash and burn because everything eventually crashes and burns. Difference with this company is that no one will care, and their former players will feel it's rightly deserved.

I doubt Scopely make Marvel Strike Force better. It is getting worth and worth everyday. This used to be the best game, once.

Customer service needs many improvements. Purchased an in game pack with real money which was not credited to my account. Nearly a week later, despite admitting it was not credited, there has still been no further action. No pack credited or refund given. Just a sort of limbo. They did state they get a lot of issues raised (honest but maybe not a good sign) hence delays but for a company this size, they really need to put more focus on the customer. In the mean time... I'll continue to wait for them to make a decision on my pack. The games are fun though!
