Arguably the best cheese tart in Japan. Pablo is a close second but the BAKE cheese tart's crust and the balanced cheese filling is what set it part from it's competitors. Only problem with this location is that it is inside the JR line ticket gates which makes access and finding the shop more difficult.

在JR閘門內的川堂層，路過買來吃驚為天人。 塔皮口感扎實中帶酥口，非常獨特，起司香濃不膩，非常令人滿足。 隔天還特別用PASS進閘門只是為了要買這起司塔。

激甘苦手人間も美味しく食べられる、ちょうどよい甘さです。 プレーンを冷やしてから食べるのが一番好み食べ物はなんでもできたてを！とか、できるだけ早めに食べる！主義でしたが、勇気を出して冷蔵庫に入れたら幸せになれました。 期間限定のものや、似たような別のチーズタルト店のものも試した結果…こちらのプレーンしか買わなくなりました。
