Yo-Do-Ba-Shi Yo-Do-Ba-Shi Yo-Do-Ba-Shi I like Yo-Do-Ba-Shi. This store in Sendai has 3 floors. (i guess) Staff is very professional and helpful.

I have NEVER experienced any bad services anywhere in japan. But today at SENDAI yodobashi , the staff at the counter made us felt like we were 100% not welcome. He wasn’t happy that he has to go through the foreign tax procedure \u003e he had to check our passport for previous receipts on how to enter information \u003e he kept re-scanning our entire basket over and over again . ALL these were okay. But when we noticed the amount was a bit off and weird and asked if we can double check. This is when he started murmuring “めんどっさいな” \u003c which means what a troublesome\u003e infront of us. And when other staff were passing by him , he would grab the staff and point at us. He was starting to make us feel super uncomfortable and was not being helpful as he was speaking japanese very fast and we couldn’t understand fully. My whole trip staying in japan for 10 days I’ve been super shocked and pleased by Japan’s services and their going beyond their service to help us. But THIS STAFF was a shocking . on our last day in Sendai!
