Very pathetic and poor experience. At Vihan Honda Shahapur. I have done 2nd servicing of my new bike 2 days before. On 3rd April 2021. Before service everything was okay and in good condition. As per company recommendation I have done service. After that bike headlight went faulty I have reported the problem with service center they asked me this is electric part doesn't comes under warranty hence need to be changed hence I have done the same. Even I asked to do check up of bike but no one cares and asked me if second bulb goes faulty or like something happens then we will check. Then same day evening only 2nd bulb went faulty. I have reported the issue today again but till 10:30 no one was there to attend. They asked me to come after sometime. I went today afternoon as well but no one cared to attend. Just asked me battery charger went faulty need to change that and to order this will take 5-8 days. (No one checked the bike just told me this) And as noticed in store room nothing is available they always need to other the components from somewhere it may take 8 -10 days. On 5 April 2021 What should normal person do? should wait for 8-10 days and bare such pathetic service?

Not good not bad. Actually it happened to me twice I asked to service my Activa with some specific problems and the staff there just did what they do in regular service. So I have to give my bike to them for another day. And they take bike for entire day for servicing the bike. Even local mechanics do it in half time.

I went there for marriage purpose. no secure place for parking. marriage hall is on 4th floor, no lift, slippery tiles and bad staff.
