Alas of 2018 the Tree is on the Verge It is a very big tree. It spreads from its roots like a massive, gigantic fern. But most of its trunks seem to be, as of autumn 2018, on the verge of dying. If it were to become healthy again then I can see how it would be a forest of a tree. The nearby shrine sells chestnuts (in season) and other vegetables for 100 yen a small bag. It would be great if the tree were to come back to life. It is a very old tree.

以前から気になっていて ようやく行くことができ ました！クスの木の形が 美しく根元の社や幹のしめ 縄が神々しくパワースポット ですね！是非行かれてみて 下さい！
角島大橋から下関に行く道中 たまたま地図で見かけたので 寄ってみました びっくりするぐらいの大きな 楠が被っていて、鳥の声と 風に揺れる枝や葉の音 凄く素晴らしい一時でした また行ってみたい場所の1つです
