I'm very happy about the initiative taken by the Sai Sansthan in bringing awareness about blood and making blood donation at Shirdi analogous to hair donation at Tirupati. But along with this ambitious initiative, I had expected equal infrastructure as well. Sadly, that isn't the case. Very old infrastructure. Blood is handled in a lax manner. Hopefully things get better soon. They rightly reward the blood donors with a VIP pass (the 200 rupees ticket). One pass may admit donor 1.
