Aahana’s Collection in Delhi. Hello all subscribers here, I have some very unfortunate news to share with you all. PLEASE BEWARE. Almost 3 months ago, in November 2020, I have placed an online order for 2 velvet embroidered suits with pashmina shawls with this so called delhi, india based designer boutique owner Ms. Neha Arora. And I deeply regret to inform you that until today and until this moment, I have not received my order. And the worst part is, they do not reply to my umpteen messages and innumerable calls too. Initially, I was told we will dispatch within 2 - 3 weeks when I placed my order, and gradually they started neglecting my messages and calls, giving me lame excuses like the stock received was not of good quality, or the embroidery was not upto the mark, so we have returned that and new stock is awaited; then came the excuse of farmers protest and the hardships therein, and mid December, they told me we will dispatch your order of 2 velvet embroidered suits with pashmina shawls by December end. We’re now heading towards January 2021 end, and absolutely no news from this designer. I have the entire conversation and the entry of the payment made to them. As I write this today, the date is 10th February 2021 and this lady still refuses to reply my messages or answer my calls. My earnest request to you all: PLEASE BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS DESIGNER WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. Certainly, I do not want any of you to suffer a loss as I have been forced to incur. Thank you for your valuable time and prayers.
