Try out Lal Doi and khir Doi but both are not the quality of standard. May be the supplier of DOI is not upto the mark. Every shop in a town like Nawadip or Gangarampur are not good. They must import the product (doi) from renowned shop of that particular place also displays the name of the supplier during sell of these products. (I have try out the DOI of Dhupguri which is 100 times better than they sell in thier counter as Nawadip and Gangarampur doi.)
