I had put my car , a Honda brio on service on 21st dec , 2012. Since I thought that it's a showroom and I don't have to check on anything, I got the car delivered . Since my car was bobbling , I informed the same to the service center . Mr shubham from the impression Honda called me and informed that I had to change the 'excel' of my car and it would cost,25,000/- I told him that I would think about it and let them know ..because previous instance also when the bulb of my headlights were not working, they had quoted me 14,000/- to change the entire wiring of my car...which my driver later changed it at rupees fifty!!! So I got a second opinion and it happens that the bobbling was because of the ring of my Tyre had slightly bended , again changed the Tyre and was set !!! And coming back to servicing, they had charged me for everything , but when I took the vehicle to Darjeeling the vehicle was nearly up in flames as it turned out the company had not cleaned the radiator and coolant !!! Such a simple thing was not changed , and I blindly trusted and paid them !!! Such thugs !!!! I complained them ,but instead of coming up with a solution, their GM was very rude and argued with me ....never going back there again !!!

Please don't take this review off .. otherwise I will be forced to go to a consumer forum ..what nonsense, Mr. Shubham quoting me 25,000/- ffor a supposed Excel replacement where as the fault was in the ring of the wheel !! And in second instance asking me to Shell out 14,000/- for a fused bulb saying that there was an electrical fault in my vehicle ...total fraud !! And lastly charging me a bomb while my vehicle nearly went into flames because they had not changed the coolant and cleaned the radiator!!!!by the way, my previous review posted today morning has been pulled off ...u pull this off ...I will write again !!! People need to read the right experience n review !!!
