At first, they make us wait for 2 hours in a stand without any information. According to Mr. Indrojit (coordinator) the vehicle we supposed to catch is waiting for us only but when we reach to the stand we realised that we are the only one in that vehicle and we have to wait for 8 more passengers to make the vehicle. And the hussle didn't end here, they changed the vehicle for other passanger and moved a different vehicle for Gangtok and make us wait for 2 hours. I tried calling Mr. Indrojit and complain the same, but after hearing the issue he disconnected the call and when I tried again he didn't pick-up the call. Overall the experience was too bad. I am not recommend this to anyone.

personally i think the operators themselves are lovely people but the issue is the tour is not planned by that single head, instead its spread among many agencies. so i had to deal with many bad hotel managers and their owners. they provided Suvarna homestay in lava which has electrical fault and you would get mild electrical shocks if you touch the geysers switch. they did not take us to a particular destination even after including it in itenerary and it was a part of package. there was no extraordinary circumstances, they just couldn't manage the drivers.

The bus takes 24 hours to reach destination that takes only 12 hours. The most horrible experience ever.push bak seats never work.you always get a feeling that any part of the bus may break open any time.when it rains then you may get wet also.there a hell lot of leakages. It suddenly stopped midway and they could not even repair the bus themsleves. One of the passengers had to start the bus. They pick up running passengers on the way and you will have to share your costly previously booked seats with such people. They dont even allow passengers to keep luggage in the respective places made on bus , instead you have to carry them along with making your legroom more and more conjested. The conductor was notorious with cheapest mannerism. Its better not to travel and stay at home than travelling by this kundu tour and travels bus.
