Not Bad, considering other Junction stations of Indian Railways. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Security is also good. The escalators works as expected. The rest room is only on Platform No 3 which should be on the other platforms too. Though there's enough place to sit on the whole platform. The platform is well equipped with Announcement mics as well. Altogether a good experience.

One of the worst junction in 2021, it's full of garbage, dust, uncleaned seats the atmosphere is disgusting why in 2021 we are adjusting when the tax payers money doesn't get used for Betterment of public properties.. The garbage and congestion goes until 4-5km away from the raiwaly station when the country is changing no body has done enough for this junction which the gateway to prime location of our country. It's absolutely nightmare experience even entering to this junction. For the passenger beware of thugs, cons and thives there are full of it. There is no proper announcement board inside the first class lounge they have switched off the AC and during corona the situation is very very bad as no social distancing is maintained..
