I had booked a taxi for a drop off to Darjeeling last week by paying Rs. 500/- advance. On the day of my arrival, they made me and my family wait at the Bagdogra airport for 45 minutes and ultimately the vehicle never turned up. My advance of Rs. 500/- was not refunded. Avoid any encounter with Saha Taxi Tour & Travel.

I had terrible experience with bike rental service. I hired a bike (500 CC RE THunderbird) from SAHA to travel to Bhutan. I was accompanied by my wife, while I was travelling from Siliguri to Jaigaon, the bearing of the bike got cut & the wheel started shaking crazily while I was at 80 speed, luckily we did not fall. It was raining and there were no shops open as it was Holi festival. Fixing the bike & travelling again to Bhutan was not an easy task, it's a big story which I will be not be able explain here. Travel in groups if you are hiring bike, & triple check the bike before you take it.

My overall experience, I have recently completed my small vacation tour for 66days in sikkim,with Saha taxi&travel, Before starting the trip I have seen the review,it's not up to the mark,I am confused how to trust.... I have been communicating with the lady named as Pr...y.(full name not disclose due to social network)..from saha taxi tour and travel. Whatever negative reviews are written for this travel agent,I feel there is some communication gap...between travellers and agent. I appreciate,and thanks to Saha taxi tour and travel,for making my trip such a successful memorable,..cars are coming in time,good cars,drivers are very polite and professional,... And overall I thanks to the Lady Pr...y. for making my trip soo smooth. I as a traveller recommended everyone whoever is looking for travel agent in NJP,I have only hired cars for 6days. Trust me to trust this travel agent for making your trip smooth ,successful,and memorable. Once again thanks Saha TTaxi tour and travel... Special thanks to the Lady ,the employee of this organization....

We had a very bad experience. They do not have their own taxis, they have tie ups with other taxis. They do not take responsibility of the customer. The taxi driver was very rude..he spoiled the whole journey. Our trip was from Siliguri to Bhutan and back but the driver instead of dropping us at silliguri dropped us at bhutan border. They said that there we will get another taxi..we waited there for 3 hours with our kids and luggage and then we had to take another taxi and come back. They are big liars.

Very bad experience. 1. Requested two Thunderbirds got none. Arranged classic on time. 2. Charged one day extra money. 3. Considers night 12 to 12 for a day. This does not happen anywhere else in india. This way he gets to charge for a day extra. 4. Though we had a time till 12 in night , he called us to come by noon so he could give bikes to others. Promised refund of one day, which he didn't pay. 5. Do not rent from this place. Super thug. 6. Bikes not serviced properly.

Saha taxi is a fraud , they don't care about customers after getting payment . They always call for payment 30 times , but when your are in trouble they don't even pickup their phones
