As my license was seized on 14th feb2018,near sevoke kore traffic due to violation of traffic rules,(though i was crossed the road on green signal from zaika road toward sevoke road,as per the traffic sign you cant take U turn if you coming from airview toward vunus more,let it be my fault i supposed) i have given 100/- fee (as per police man told gave some money to Govt also) they gave me proper seizure list & told me fill the fine and collect from same place,i went there on 17th jan there was another police personnel who suggested me to collect it from hill cart road traffic police road,i came 19th there they were closed & ask me to came between 10am-5pm,ok,i was busy in my work,came here today ,they search it first then a lady came & told me to collect it from court there i have to take a call to muhuri who will take money from me ,soo thats the whole story police cameras are my evidence,no where in seizure list it mentioned that i have to take back my license from where?Which timing? Within which time limit ? Its #notok for me am a simple 25 guy working in a private company living outside of my boirthplace....Nothing to do,no one will help me getting back my licence without paying more charge....

It a govt department and works like a government department only. However have been in touch with these people since some days and at least the top level officers have now begin to think about the public also and they are open to suggestions and complaints. do visit the nearby DCP traffic office in case of a genuine harassement and you will get a resolution route.....
