Overview Promoted in 1999, St. Michael’s School, Siliguri, is a residential boys school that also welcomes day scholars. In less than two decades, St Michael’s School, Siliguri has emerged as the frontrunner amongst schools in the region, with academic and co-curricular achievements that stand second to none. Affiliated with the Delhi based Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), the school aims at imparting quality education, which helps to mould the character of the students, resulting in the all-round development of the mind, body, and spirit – living up to the school’s motto “come let us live for our children”. Campus Sprawled over approximately 6 acres, St. Michael’s School, Siliguri hosts 34 classrooms and four well equipped laboratories including biology lab, physics lab, chemistry lab and computer lab, among a host of other academic facilities. Academics To help enhance students’ interest towards effective learning, an inquiry-based approach to learning is adopted along with collaborative learning, emphasising on a constructive method by bringing in visualisation and taking the help of smartboards in the classroom. Affiliated with the Delhi based CISCE examination board, St. Michael’s School, Siliguri offers nursery-class X education. Outdoor practical experience is also initiated for effective learning beyond the classroom. Besides, the school has tied up with GETI (Global Education & Training Institute) for two-three days on a quarterly basis.

It is the best school in West Bengal . There are various opportunities that u get from the schools side not only in academics but also in sports. The best thing about the school is the teachers who never leave the students behind. The boarders feel blessed to have them as there mentor friend and parents . The food is just awesome . The best part is that that the students decide there own menu and they cant be denied about what they decide. So in one word school is just awesome .

Having spent a lot of my time in this school, I have had a lot of experience in this school. It is one of the best places to study in West Bengal. The school with both its residential and day-boarding facilities has encouraged parents in and around Siliguri to send their children to this school. Academically, this school is arguably the best in North Bengal. It is great for co-curricular activities as well. The teachers are extremely ingenious in their teaching methods and are great at teaching the concepts to their students.

This school has taken strength to strength in every field.Academics are so good.The co-curricular activities are so satisfying.The events like teachers day, independence day,farewell are so grandeur I recommend each and every parent of Siliguri and west Bengal,bihar and Assam to admit their children in this god's home It has been 9 years of mine and this school is very close to my heart Missing it a lot.Its like my second home but not less than my first home As soon as the lockdown ends I am full sure that the school will have a great look again
